Click on "add to cart" button. Go to your cart, change the quantity to the number of names you are ordering, choose either "checkout" or "pay with PayPal"; fill in the remaining information; spell each name in the "Comments" section found at the very bottom of the page. Separate each name with a comma and be sure the shopping cart quantity reflects the correct # of names ordered.
